About the role

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution to closure;
  • Develop, maintain and monitor schedules, as well as define and control project scope, risks, costs and budgets;
  • Work with service and project management platforms such as ServiceNow (ITSM), Azure DevOps, MS Project and Power BI to support monitoring and decision-making;
  • Lead projects in hybrid environments;
  • Maintain continuous engagement with business areas, facilitating requirements gathering, systems integration, vendor management and tracking of deliverables;
  • Ensure clear, structured and technical communication between IT teams, engineering, business users and external partners to guarantee alignment and efficient project execution.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in managing projects for system development, deployment and implementation, using agile methodologies;
  • Certifications: PMP/PMI;
  • Knowledge of or experience with integration between business systems.
