Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution to closure;
Create, maintain and monitor timelines, and define and control project scope, risks, costs and budget;
Work with service and project management platforms such as ServiceNow (ITSM), Azure DevOps, MS Project and Power BI to support monitoring and decision-making;
Lead projects in hybrid environments;
Maintain continuous interface with business areas, conducting requirements gathering, systems integration, vendor management and delivery tracking;
Ensure clear, structured, and technical communication between IT teams, engineering, business users and external partners, ensuring alignment and execution efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
Strong experience in managing projects for system development, deployment and implementation, using agile methodologies;
Certifications: ITIL v4, COBIT 2019, PMP/PMI, ISO 27001, Azure Fundamentals;
Knowledge or experience in integration between business systems and infrastructure;
