About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI-driven applications, including single and multi-agent workflows
Build and maintain full-stack solutions (frontend and backend components)
Leverage AI tools and agentic coding practices to accelerate development
Develop orchestration logic for agent-based systems and workflows
Integrate LLM-based capabilities such as document processing, embeddings, and retrieval
Implement best practices for AI evaluations to ensure quality and prevent regressions
Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Collaborate with architects and engineering leadership on solution design and standards
Continuously improve development practices and contribute to evolving AI engineering frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of experience as a software developer using TypeScript, React.js, and Python.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development/agentic coding (must actively use AI in coding workflows).
Experience building LLM-based applications, including multi-agent systems or agent-based workflows (e.g., LangGraph).
Strong understanding of CI/CD practices.
Experience with AWS or Azure.
Demonstrated passion for AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
Preferred: Experience implementing AI evaluation frameworks is highly preferred.
Preferred: Exposure to text embeddings, RAG, or document-based AI workflows.
Preferred: Consulting experience or experience working in client-facing environments.
