Manage client engagement for complex, transformational programs.
Support the development of business and technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans.
Lead client interviews and facilitate engagement among stakeholders.
Work with clients to document and/or discover current and future state business processes.
Perform and manage technical project work such as developing solution concepts, reviewing vendors’ design documents, and requirements traceability.
Support business requirements definition and request for proposal development.
Support proposal evaluation, selection process, statement of work development, and vendor contract negotiation.
Support or act as project manager to develop project plans, key milestones, and project control structure.
Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels.
Contribute to the business development process as a subject matter expert (SME).

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment with proven experience as a technical project manager
Exposure or experience with Python, SQL, or R for data analysis (or expert Excel)
Demonstrated interest in cloud technologies, data science, machine learning, or data engineering
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience in delivering enterprise-level, end-to-end (design to go-live) technical solutions
Experience creating business requirement documents
Strong understanding of and experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.
