About the role
- Designing innovative AI projects and developing algorithms that combine accuracy, scalability, and interpretability
- Preparing raw data for model training and selecting suitable ML models to meet specific requirements
- Training, evaluating, and optimizing models to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Managing the full model lifecycle — from development to scalable deployment in production systems
- Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and subject-matter experts to create effective, innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Initial practical experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructures
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex software solutions
- Agile, solution-focused working style with strong communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality (seeing tasks through and implementing them yourself, not just writing great concepts)
- German and English language skills (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
