  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
  • Build and lead project teams, including technicians and subcontractors

  • Conduct project reviews, complete deliverables, provide client documentation, and submit final reports and invoices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ proven years of recent experience as a Project Manager in the Telecom/Connectivity data center construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center Networking, general systems, specifications, codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards with Division 27, TIA, NFPA 70E or OSHA Certification
  • Frequent travel of up to 75% to job sites and data centers nationwide
  • Compliance with applicable safety regulations, PPE requirements, and Loenbro EH&S policies
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred
