About the role
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with the platform
- Primary point of contact for customers; handling support requests
- Communicating with the development team to resolve issues
- Preparing presentations for publishers about digital solutions
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Informing customers about industry trends and digital business models
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital business environment
- Ideally candidates who have worked as a Client Success Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, founder, in support, in online marketing, or similar roles within a digital startup or agency
- Good understanding of digital business models and the ability to address challenges effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and simplify complex issues
- Detail-oriented and conscientious in managing customer relationships and support requests
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills are an advantage
