About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own project initiation, planning, execution, and closure across 3–6+ concurrent Google Workspace migrations and technical projects
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders, IT directors, and executive sponsors
Translate technical concepts into clear business updates
Coordinate Google Certified Deployment Engineers, Change Management Trainers, and Solution Architects
Schedule resources, assign tasks, and track deliverables
Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and potential bottlenecks
Lead formal change control processes to manage scope creep and project timelines
Coordinate user training and change management strategies for end-user adoption during legacy email/data migrations
Ensure project deliverables meet Google Cloud deployment standards, security baselines, and agreed-upon client SLAs

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of technical project management experience delivering cloud migrations, SaaS onboarding, or IT deployment projects in a consulting or Managed Services Provider environment
Deep familiarity with Google Workspace administration, domain migration paths, and Google Cloud Platform fundamentals
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Track record of driving high client satisfaction (CSAT) scores
Proficiency in project management software such as Asana
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet
Preferred: Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Google Workspace Administrator / Deployment Specialist certification
Preferred: PMP or CAPM certification
Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster or Agile certification
