About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You create content for the website, social media, blog and brochures — target-group oriented and in close coordination with Sales, Customer Success and Product.
You continuously maintain and develop our web presence with a clear focus on conversion.
You support the planning, organization, execution and follow-up of events, trade shows & webinars — from logistics to communications.
You set up company profiles on relevant marketplace platforms, manage tracking setup and continuously update the content.
You work closely with Senior Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and the executive team — short communication lines, one team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Communications or a related field — late Bachelor or early Master’s level
Initial practical experience through internships or working-student roles
Independent, structured working style with organizational talent and a hands-on mentality
Clear, reliable communication — you can present ideas understandably
German at native level, English at least B2
Affinity for AI tools and content creation
Bonus: Experience with marketing automation or AI-first workflows
Design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma) or experience in event organization
