About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Owners and Store Support teams
- Assist District Managers with control standards such as Health and Safety, inventory, product recalls, and food safety
- Provide assistance to stores in the execution of merchandising and operational standards
- Achieve labor targets to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with the development of store operational plan and management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience coaching, developing, and managing in retail environment
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of store systems (SAP, STAS, SWEDA MART, etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable managing within a union/nonunion environment
