About the role

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area
  • Lead customer discovery with mortgage lenders, loan officers, and ops teams
  • Build and own a roadmap grounded in customer evidence, business strategy, and technical feasibility
  • Drive how we turn non-deterministic LLMs into reliable, mission-critical mortgage automation
  • Craft well-structured product specs and acceptance criteria
  • Set clear success metrics for every major initiative
  • Be the voice of the customer in technical architecture discussions
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape positioning
  • Make the hard calls on scope
  • Drive Loancrate's product strategy forward

Requirements

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products in a regulated industry (fintech, insurtech, healthcare, or similar)
  • Comfort working on AI-powered products
  • Strong instinct for customer research
  • Data fluency
  • Track record shipping products in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Exceptional written communication
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with engineers
  • Experience owning product metrics
