About the role
- Identify, recruit, and manage senior manufacturing executives who will attend and/or speak at events
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential executive speakers and attendees from large manufacturing companies
- Evaluate potential speakers based on seniority, credibility, relevance to LNS Research themes, and value to the audience
- Ensure speakers are prepared and have a positive experience before and after the event
- Stay engaged with LNS Research partner communities and industry networks
- Create outreach content, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging to recruit speakers and attendees
- Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence
- Develop and engage the LNS industrial community through consistent networking and relationship development
- Convert speaker and attendee relationships into COO Council memberships over time
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline speaker and attendee sourcing
- Meet quarterly speaker recruitment targets and drive attendee registration targets for each event
- Track and report on outreach activity metrics including response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-confirm
Requirements
- 4-6 + years of executive recruiting, conference/event speaker recruitment, or headhunting
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Experience in enterprise business development or advisory services
- Demonstrated ability to hold credible conversations with senior operations and supply chain leaders
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial technology sector required
- Existing relationships in manufacturing leadership networks preferred
