About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work alongside a nurse on a 7-hour shift throughout the week
- Each living unit has a dedicated care team managed by a Lead Nursing Assistant (referent)
- Use of NetSoins software for resident records
- Personalized onboarding from day one (shadowing, integration, and meetings with our department heads)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nursing diploma (Registered Nurse qualification) required for this position
- New graduates are welcome
