LMP GroupMarketing Apprentice responsible for supporting UK&I marketing objectives within the medical/surgical business. Collaborate with team to manage marketing tasks and deliver on sales targets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Marketing Apprentice within the Medical/ Surgical business you will be responsible for supporting the UK&I marketing team to deliver their marketing objectives.
- You will be responsible for some core AWC Brands to ensure delivery of sales targets as well as providing marketing support for the business.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring that the marketing team can effectively deliver on their tactical plans to meet company objectives.
- It requires a strong team player, who has excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
- Manage key marketing sharepoint sites and website.
- Support the sales team with marketing tools, presentations, product literature, and digital assets.
- Develop a plan to incorporate AI technology into marketing processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: A Levels, or BTEC Level 3 National Diploma/ Extended Diploma, or Equivalent vocational qualification
- Some experience gained through work, placement, internship, temporary role, or part-time employment in a marketing, commercial, administrative, or customer-facing environment.
- Working to deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working as part of a team in a structured, professional environment.
- Exposure to medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using standard digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and learning new systems.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop in marketing.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel may be required e.g. sales visits and attendance at key conferences.
