About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Army logistics medical logistics programs through operational planning, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate medical logistics operations, organizational performance, operational trends, and emerging issues.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple data sources to support executive decision-making and program recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications supporting medical logistics initiatives.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of medical logistics policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders to support enterprise medical logistics objectives.
- Monitor project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
- Synthesize complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that improve medical logistics readiness, mission performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility and informed decision making.
- Support planning activities related to medical logistics readiness, sustainment, capability assessments, and program integration.
- Support business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.
- Perform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12 or more years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, medical logistics, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
- Experience conducting operational analysis, readiness assessments, program evaluations, or organizational assessments.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
- Available for occasional travel.
- This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
