About the role

  • Support data analysis and validation efforts across financial, operational, and programmatic datasets
  • Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform client decision-making
  • Perform data reconciliation, cleansing, and integrity checks across large, high-volume datasets
  • Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Document workflows, data structures, and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Support automation efforts using tools such as Excel, Python, or similar technologies to improve efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Expected graduation: 2027)
  • Strong academic performance
  • Demonstrated experience with data accuracy, record-keeping, and reconciliation in high-volume environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); familiarity with data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or Tableau) is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
