About the role
- Must be comfortable interacting with key leadership, articulate, and proactive.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment to prioritize and complete assigned tasks with minimal guidance, seeking guidance and clarification as required.
- Create complex cartographic products on a variety of mediums (i.e. desktop, web based, mobile).
- Perform a variety of quality control, quality assurance, and currency of geospatial information produced.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline
- 5+ Years of experience
- Knowledge and experience in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online
- Availability for occasional travel (10%)
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a government program/office
- Ability to perform complex research and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create high quality presentations, papers, and the other types of
- Maintain solution-focused perspective in a complex, operations-paced environment to enable Mission Partners with varying needs and
- Develop familiarity with Information Technology systems and operations based on DHS-provided office
