About the role
- Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specs to create detailed test cases.
- Execute functional, regression, end to end, and exploratory tests across our web and mobile applications.
- Document bugs clearly and concisely using tools like Jira.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with engineers to validate fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and field deployment validation when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of test planning, test case writing, and bug reporting.
- Familiarity with basic database queries to validate data integrity.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
