About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Finance & Operations value creation initiatives across the portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, transaction services, strategic finance, business operations, performance improvement, private equity value creation, or related fields
  • Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to synthesize data, develop actionable recommendations, and drive execution
  • Willingness to travel to portfolio companies (up to 25-50% of time)
