About the role

  • Co-handle and supervise general accounting and bookkeeping
  • Ensure internal compliance with all financial regulations and standards for business activities in Indonesia, as well as international tax regulations
  • Ensure internal and external financial reporting (e.g., tax reporting)
  • Handle payroll data and release payroll-connected payments
  • Nurture working relationships with stakeholders such as relevant authorities, advisers, and tax consultants
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and potential areas for improvement
  • Elaborate and supervise the implementation of internal financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Analyze Livit’s financial performance vs. key business metrics
  • Lead the preparation of the company's budgeting
  • Oversee operations of the finance department and help set goals and objectives
  • Review and monitor budgets
  • Hands-on work with our clients as part of our finance and administration support services

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an FA role in a corporate environment/PMA
  • Having a Tax Brevet A and B certification is a plus
  • Familiar with taxation, budgeting, and general reporting
  • Familiar with accounting software systems (e.g., Xero) and Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive cooperation in the work environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
