About the role
- Providing culturally competent therapy services to Spanish-speaking residents/patients.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collecting precise social data, organize it systematically, and produce clear, concise reports.
- Assessing and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Communicating effectively with residents/patients, families, and team members both verbally and in writing.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of residents/patients, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with community partners and resources.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in clinical services.
- Hold a Masters or Doctorate in Social Work or Doctorate in Psychology or Counseling.
- Valid professional license in the state of Illinois.
- Member in good standing for the state of Illinois.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN).
- Professional Association Member Certification.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
