About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate all technical and engineering aspects of factory projects
Participate in planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing all technical tasks
Ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality throughout the project lifecycle
Process engineering planning and concept development for industrial plants
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned projects
Monitor compliance with applicable practices, performance standards and specifications
Perform overall quality control of work related to assigned project(s)
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements
Create safety assessments and risk analyses
Execute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or a related field
Proven experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role
Ability to manage multi-discipline projects and teams with advanced project management and supervisory skills
Strong team orientation and ability to work with professionals from different disciplines
Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
