About the role
- Coordinate architecture solutions for development platforms: design, implementation, monitoring and adoption;
- Lead the creation and evolution of internal platforms that support mobile and web applications, design systems and APIs;
- Define and promote standards for componentization, reuse and consistency across different channels and technologies;
- Support the adoption of best practices for quality, performance, security and observability in the solutions developed;
- Ensure scalability, resilience and a strong developer experience (Developer Experience) on the platforms;
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliver high-quality solutions;
- Define and track team and product metrics, planning actions to support decision-making;
- Collaborate effectively with product, design, engineering and other areas;
- Ensure teams have the knowledge and processes that support tactics and strategies to optimize operational efficiency;
- Apply perspectives such as economics, purpose, time horizons, change, risks, metrics and objectives;
- Implement continuous improvement practices to support the career development of team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
- Experience coordinating platform engineering teams;
- Product mindset and focus on Developer Experience;
- Knowledge of architectures and technologies for mobile (iOS/Android), web (front-end), design systems and APIs;
- Experience with component platforms, shared libraries or monorepos;
- Familiarity with Inner Source practices and governance of internal platforms;
- Knowledge of cloud (AWS or similar) and distributed architectures;
- Experience with scalability, resilience, telemetry and performance in application ecosystems;
- Intermediate or advanced English;
- Ability to align team objectives with organizational goals;
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical and systems thinking;
- Clear, adaptable communication, ability to handle conflicts constructively and a commitment to quality and security.
