About the role

  • Build and maintain a clear view of the entire software development lifecycle;
  • Participate in and support the team in building and maintaining complex products in partnership with more specialized technical areas and business stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the team in a friendly manner and ensure the success of deliveries;
  • Contribute to software engineering best practices, such as automated testing, version control, continuous integration, and code review;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and solution architecture;
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with the company's defined security, scalability, and performance standards;
  • Stay up to date with relevant trends and technologies, proposing innovations that add business value;
  • Document technical solutions clearly and accessibly to facilitate understanding and future maintenance;
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives), contributing technical insights and a focus on value-driven deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, Information Systems, etc.);
  • Backend development experience with backend programming languages (Java, Node.js);
  • Experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS);
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes;
  • Knowledge of software observability;
  • Experience with Spring Boot, messaging systems, and caching;
  • Desirable knowledge of frontend programming (React);
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and communication (synchronous and asynchronous);
  • Familiarity with development best practices;
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
  • Knowledge of quality standards (test pyramid, unit testing, test automation);
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
