Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of professional experience
Experience in learning and development, leadership, training, marketing, communications, business development, client success, consulting, or another relationship-driven field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable conducting one-to-one professional conversations and following a structured process
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently
Motivated by measurable goals and taking ownership of results
Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continued professional growth
Open to an independent, performance-based income structure
Prior personal development industry experience is not required
