About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a relationship lead focusing on understanding client goals, driving adoption of DHA capabilities, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to strategize and engage prospective clients to understand business challenges and deliver compelling presentations, solution demonstrations, proposals, and oral presentations that result in new business revenue.
Support execution of Commence's growth strategies, including effective and strategic qualification of opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with senior and executive-level decision makers, including DHA directorate leads and Service medical command leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years working with DHA, Service medical commands, or the Military Health System in leadership or related/relevant roles
Knowledge of military healthcare delivery systems, TRICARE, and the direct and purchased care model frameworks
Understanding of DHA's technology strategy and modernization initiatives
Proven track record building and managing relationships with DHA officials, Health Affairs leadership, or defense health policy leaders
Familiarity with DHA's priorities and how its business and technology needs translate into opportunities and procurements.
