About the role
- Partner with engineering, sales, and technical leadership to elevate our modular healthcare technology platform
- Lead a small development team focused on platform maturity—enhancing reliability, usability, and configurability
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to understand customer needs and ensure platform capabilities align with market demands
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, Sales, and internal teams
- Translate business needs into clear specifications and development priorities for the engineering team
- Assist Sales in developing product-focused content for sales materials, proposals, and customer presentations
- Help define and manage the execution of product roadmap for our modular technology platform
- Plan, prioritize, and track engineering work to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases
- Collaborate with the Director of Software on technical decisions and resource planning
- Remove blockers and facilitate effective communication between engineering and business stakeholders
- Define and track key product metrics to measure platform performance and adoption
- Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Create and maintain product documentation, including release notes and feature specifications
- Balance technical feasibility, business viability, and user needs in product decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success maturing software platforms
- Proven track record of managing software engineering teams and delivering complex products on schedule
- Strong project management skills with ability to drive teams toward concrete milestones and outcomes
- Experience working on successful commercial software platforms with modern user experiences
- Ability to work effectively with software developers and translate between business and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of what makes great software: intuitive UX, reliability, scalability, and ease of use
- Experience collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to support customer engagement and product positioning
- Experience with modular or configurable platform architectures preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and resolve competing priorities
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with agile development practices
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data platforms preferred
- Healthcare industry knowledge helpful but not required.
