About the role

  • Serve as a relationship lead focusing on understanding client goals
  • Drive adoption of CMS capabilities
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and growth while maintaining strong, trust-based client partnerships
  • Support market expansion and align solutions to CMS priorities
  • Help implement growth strategies and execute strategic plans
  • Develop and execute tactical plans that identify and shape new opportunities
  • Support proposal review efficiency, scoring and compliance verification
  • Engage in negotiations with prospective clients and teaming partners around business commitments and proposal details
  • Maintain regular contact with senior and executive-level decision makers

Requirements

  • B.S. in Health Policy, Management, law or related or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years working with CMS in leadership or related/relevant roles
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and model frameworks
  • Proven track record building and managing relationships with CMS officials, or policy leaders
  • Familiarity with CMS’s priorities and how its business and technology needs can become opportunities and procurements
