About the role

  • Build and optimize Shopify landing pages, PDPs, and advertorials using Claude CLI (~30%)
  • Create 20-50 static ad variations/week using AI tools — test hooks across problem/solution/product-aware audiences (~30%)
  • Run A/B tests across pages, ads, and email — track CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates (~20%)
  • Optimize Klaviyo email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) (~10%)
  • Develop ad concepts at volume, mine UGC library, collaborate with Creative Lead (~10%)

Requirements

  • Claude CLI proficiency (this is non-negotiable)
  • Marketing fundamentals: awareness levels, funnels, A/B testing, ad performance analysis
  • Shopify experience (PDP editing, DTC ecommerce flows)
  • AI-powered static ad creation at volume (portfolio required)
  • Data-driven, self-directed, comfortable building from scratch
  • Nice-to-Have: Klaviyo or email marketing experience
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads manager
  • DTC CRO, A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely)
  • HTML/CSS, skincare/beauty category experience
