About the role
- Develop and propose rations adapted to farmers' technical and economic objectives
- Observe the herd (manure, coat, NEB…)
- Overall monitoring of reproduction, milk quality and herd numbers
- Analyze performance data and milk fatty acids
- Interpret forage analyses and assess stock volumes
- Advise and support farmers on milking robot topics
- Lead farmer trainings and technical meetings
Requirements
- Degree in agricultural engineering or livestock advisory with a specialization in animal production
- Several years of substantial field experience in bovine nutrition (preferably dairy cows) and livestock advisory
- Essential technical knowledge in dairy production
- Commercial skills, technical watch and initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different contacts
- Proficiency with computer tools
