About the role
- Conceptualize and design visual content for our digital channels (social media, web, campaigns) as well as print materials
- Produce video content with a strong focus on storytelling — from short clips to longer formats that convey our brand and the sport emotionally and authentically
- Take responsibility for the entire video production process: from the idea to final execution
- Work flexibly with a high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
- Collaborate closely with our team to visually develop the brand language and communicate our values in the sports and performance space
Requirements
- Experience in video design and visual design (Adobe Suite, Figma or other tools of your choice)
- A good sense for brand language, storytelling and aesthetics in the context of sport and performance
- Creativity and eagerness to contribute your own ideas
- Ability to work independently and a high level of responsibility in a flexible work environment
- Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools to support creative and efficient workflows
- Enjoyment working in a young, dynamic team that offers plenty of creative freedom
