General Counsel

• You will be responsible for providing legal advice to our business units in Germany.
• Responsible for contract and license management (with support from external counsel).
• Provide comprehensive advice on daily business matters, particularly in the areas of compliance, data protection, and the drafting of service agreements and other contracts.
• Work closely with the legal team in the UK and support legal oversight of production and creative services, compliance and risk management, and legal aspects of content monetization.
• Contract management (Drafting & Negotiating): structuring, negotiating and preparing all types of contracts.
• Lead and advise on strategic contract negotiations and conduct risk assessments in line with the company’s profile.
• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to internal departments (e.g., Production, HR, Finance) on intellectual property rights (IPR) and legal issues related to production, advertising/commercialization and social media compliance.
