About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, document and execute functional, integration and automated test plans.
Ensure the quality of deliveries by identifying, logging and tracking bugs and defects.
Support the development team in requirements analysis, ensuring clarity and testability.
Validate new features, enhancements and fixes before production release.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to quality processes and testing practices.
Work closely with the Product Manager and developers to align expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience with software testing (manual and automated).
Familiarity with test and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr or similar).
Ability to write clear and objective test cases.
Basic knowledge of databases and APIs for integration validation.
Experience with automation frameworks is desirable (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
