About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Undertake home visits within the allocated Birmingham area
- Conduct home visits across the allocated Birmingham locality
- Assess individuals for equipment, minor adaptations, and major adaptations
- Recommend and support implementation of minor and major adaptations
- Promote independence and improve quality of life for service users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Occupational Therapy experience within a community setting
- Experience undertaking physical health assessments
- Ability to carry out home visits across the assigned locality
- Manual handling experience is highly desirable
