About the role
- You provide individualized customer advice and are the expert on bicycles, e-bikes, apparel and accessories
- You handle financing and leasing transactions
- You also keep an eye on the sales floor: merchandising, restocking, pricing/labeling of goods, and implementing marketing activities
Requirements
- With your high service standards you create an exceptional shopping experience
- You are passionate about bicycles and e-bikes
- You already have some experience in retail, ideally in bike retail
- Career changers are welcome
- You are customer-focused and have strong communication skills
- Careful and independent work are standard for you
