About the role
- You provide individual advice to our customers and are the in-store expert for bicycles, e‑bikes, apparel and accessories
- You handle financing and leasing processes
- You also keep an eye on the sales floor: merchandising, restocking, pricing/labeling of merchandise and execution of marketing activities
Requirements
- With your high service standards you create an outstanding shopping experience
- You are passionate about bicycles and e‑bikes
- You have some prior experience in retail
- Career changers are welcome
- You are customer-focused and have strong communication skills
- Careful and independent working is standard for you
