About the role
- Provide individual customer advice and act as the product expert for bicycles, e‑bikes, clothing, and accessories
- Handle financing and leasing arrangements
- Keep the sales floor in top shape: merchandising, restocking, pricing/labeling, and executing marketing activities
Requirements
- With your strong commitment to service, you create an outstanding shopping experience
- You are passionate about bicycles and e‑bikes
- You have some previous retail experience, ideally in the bicycle/two‑wheeler trade
- Career changers are welcome
- You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills
- Careful, independent working is standard for you
- You are a true team player
