About the role
- You provide individual advice to our customers and are the expert for bicycles, e-bikes, clothing and accessories
- You handle financing and leasing transactions
- You also keep an eye on the sales floor: visual merchandising, restocking, pricing/labeling of goods and implementation of marketing activities
Requirements
- You deliver exceptional customer service to create a memorable shopping experience
- You are passionate about bicycles and e‑bikes
- You have some retail experience, ideally in the bicycle sector
- Career changers are welcome
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, careful and able to work independently
- You are a true team player
