About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create, operate, and optimize automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Build and maintain integrations/interfaces (e.g., CRM, Google Sheets, applicant data)
- Implement AI tools for text generation, scoring, or process optimization
- Develop, manage, and scale email/cold-mailing systems
- Produce technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor, report on, and analyze system performance
- Contribute long-term to the development of a new medical jobs platform — involved from the start on strategy and technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a tech focus)
- Some professional experience (0–3 years): working student, internship, or junior position in automation/tech
- Interest in automation, AI, and tools such as Zapier, Make, CRM, and email marketing
- Structured, solution-oriented work style; enjoyment of process and systems thinking
- Team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
