About the role
- Support new client implementations across accounting and operational systems
- Map accounts between systems (e.g., QuickBooks and operational platforms)
- Validate sales, deposits, and financial data
- Configure workflows including tip automation and daily sales processes
- Identify and resolve gaps in client data or setup
- Assist with weekly and monthly close processes
- Perform sales validation between POS and accounting systems
- Reconcile cash and deposits
- Maintain and update system mappings as needed
- Respond to client questions and provide support
- Follow up on outstanding items and keep projects moving
- Translate system issues into clear next steps for clients
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Navigate incomplete or inconsistent data environments
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience with bookkeeping or accounting
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with multi-unit or franchise environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
