About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination of project activities, including scheduling updates, meeting notes, and action tracking.
Maintain organized project files including RFIs, submittals, change logs, and closeout documentation.
Support tracking of OFCI and CFCI materials, monitor deliveries, and help coordinate staging and site readiness.
Act as a liaison between field crews and project leadership to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
Help track project milestones, identify gaps, and follow up on critical path activities.
Support communication flow between client, GC, vendors, and internal teams through updates and reporting.
Assist with tracking QA/QC items, punch lists, and ensuring documentation aligns with project requirements.
Help compile turnover packages, test results, and final documentation for project completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience in a construction environment
Exposure to data center, low voltage, or mission-critical environments preferred
Must be proficient with desktop computer software and systems especially Microsoft Office
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Must possess the basics of the project management lifecycle including initiation, planning, estimating/budgeting, delivery, monitoring and closeout.
Self directed individual.
Ability to develop timeline necessary for design, procurement mobilization and project delivery.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at various stages of the project life cycle.
Valid Driver's License
