About the role

  • You are responsible for setting up, managing and scaling our campaigns (focus: Google Ads & Meta Ads/LinkedIn).
  • You use our professional in-house film studio to produce high-performance video ads and social content.
  • You optimize the entire journey from first impression to lead (Conversion Rate Optimization, landing pages).
  • You ensure that our tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel) runs cleanly and make budget decisions based on ROAS and lead quality.
  • You dive deep into the SEO industry to understand exactly what our clients (SEO managers, CMOs) need.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of solid experience in performance marketing (ideally in a B2B or agency environment).
  • SEO understanding: You don’t need to be an SEO expert, but you must know how SEO works, why backlinks are important, and how to sell this service.
  • Tool competence: You are confident using Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and project management tools (e.g., Asana/ClickUp).
  • Doer mentality: You don’t wait for instructions but proactively identify opportunities.
  • Structured approach: You keep an overview and work neatly even when running multiple campaigns in parallel.
