About the role
- You plan, install and maintain IT systems, servers and networks
- You set up hardware and software and keep systems running reliably
- You analyze faults, get to the root of problems and find sustainable solutions
- You support colleagues in IT support
- You work on IT projects and learn to document your work accurately
- You gain insights into network technology, IT security, data protection and cloud technologies
Requirements
- You hold a university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), a good intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss), or are about to complete your final exams
- You have a genuine interest in IT and digital technologies—not just a superficial one
- Ideally, you already have some hands-on experience with hardware or software, either privately or through an internship
- You enjoy working independently, are open when interacting with others, and value teamwork
- You think analytically, want to understand problems, and can communicate clearly
