Requirements
- A completed nursing qualification (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse or registered nurse)
- Experience in ambulatory/outpatient care (at least 1 year) and initial leadership experience
- Knowledge of prescription/order management
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor
- Empathy, personal responsibility, and enjoyment in motivating a team
