Requirements

  • A completed nursing qualification (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse or registered nurse)
  • Experience in ambulatory/outpatient care (at least 1 year) and initial leadership experience
  • Knowledge of prescription/order management
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor
  • Empathy, personal responsibility, and enjoyment in motivating a team
