About the role
- In 1:1 care of a young adult in Völklingen, you will take responsibility for nursing care in a stable, familiar environment
- You work closely with the person and support your client in daily life — with time, calm and the necessary sensitivity
- In doing so, you actively help promote quality of life and enable a structured daily routine
- Care is provided in shifts, and the focus here is not on time pressure but on individual care and building a trusting relationship
Requirements
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse, registered nurse, or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you already have experience in out-of-hospital intensive care — however, this is not a must if you are open to learning new skills and developing professionally
- You work responsibly, reliably and enjoy working in a team
- You remain calm even during quiet night shifts or in challenging situations
- We expect a structured way of working, a high degree of empathy and willingness to work shifts
