About the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using Tricentis NeoLoad, with proven track record on large-scale ERP or S/4HANA projects.
  • Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation, including design, execution, and maintenance of automated test cases.
  • Ability to design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies for SAP S/4HANA and related integrations.
  • Skilled in creating, parameterizing, and validating performance test scripts for web, API, and SAP GUI applications.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance test results, identifying root causes, and recommending optimizations to improve system scalability and reliability.
  • Experienced in integrating NeoLoad and Tosca testing into CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of SAP business processes, modules, and performance bottlenecks in S/4 environments.
  • Capable of collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, BASIS, infrastructure, and third-party system teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, able to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely updates and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate test findings, participate in project meetings, and drive performance strategy improvements.
