About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end presales activities for Supply Chain transformation and technology engagements.
- Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client business stakeholders across supply chain functions.
- Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design supply chain planning and execution solutions powered by data & analytics.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business, IT, operations, and leadership teams.
- Lead client discussions with confidence and structure around business processes, requirements, and solution options.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.
- Strong experience working in supply chain domains such as planning, logistics & transportation, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, demand forecasting, or order management.
- Experience supporting or leading client-facing consulting engagements with digital and systems-complex data analytics nature.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience contributing to presales, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
