Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or a related field.
Initial practical experience in startups, consulting, venture building, or e‑commerce.
Hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Entrepreneurial spirit: you think like a founder and want to build something.
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a doer attitude.
Willingness to take on responsibility in a young, ambitious environment in Berlin.
Very good German and English skills.
