About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You provide functional leadership of the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and oversee all cross‑brand initiatives.
- You develop the overarching marketing strategy for our brands and ensure that social media, campaigns, launches, creator integrations and events work together seamlessly.
- You are responsible for planning, executing and continuously improving content and brand strategies for our brand accounts.
- You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies (e.g., for events, production, creator collaborations and POS marketing).
- You actively shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and target audience communication to the development of creative, cross‑platform initiatives.
- You are responsible for budget and resource management across all marketing projects.
- You produce reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed university degree with a focus on marketing, media management, communications or a comparable background.
- Several years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, social media or campaigning — ideally in the creator, startup or FMCG environment.
- Familiarity with common social media platforms (particularly TikTok, Instagram & YouTube) and an understanding of the mechanics of the creator economy.
- Experience leading projects or teams and the ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, a solution‑oriented approach, team player mentality and high personal drive.
- Hands‑on mentality, strong initiative and a friendly, balanced demeanour.
- Structured and reliable working style with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Flexibility and resilience, and openness to occasional business travel.
- Experience working with influencers, event coordination, POS marketing or content production is a plus.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
