About the role

  • You provide functional leadership for the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and oversee all cross-brand initiatives.
  • You develop the overarching marketing strategy for our brands and ensure that social media, campaigns, launches, creator integrations, and events work together seamlessly.
  • You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evolving content and brand strategies for our brand accounts.
  • You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers, and agencies (e.g., for events, production, creator collaborations, and POS marketing).
  • You actively shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and audience targeting to developing creative, cross-platform initiatives.
  • You are responsible for budget and resource management for all marketing projects.
  • You prepare reports, performance analyses, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have a completed university degree with a focus on Marketing, Media Management, Communications, or a comparable background.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media, or Campaigning — ideally in the creator, start-up, or FMCG environments.
  • You are familiar with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & YouTube) and understand the dynamics of the creator economy.
  • You have experience leading projects or teams and can manage multiple brands and campaigns in parallel.
  • You are communicative, solution-oriented, enjoy working with people, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
  • You are a team player but can also work independently with a high level of commitment beyond standard expectations.
  • You bring a strong hands-on mentality, high initiative, and a friendly, balanced demeanor.
  • You work in a structured and reliable manner and are happy to take on responsibility.
  • You are flexible, resilient, and open to occasional business travel.
  • Experience working with influencers, in event coordination, POS marketing, or content production is a plus.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
